1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- Return requests must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
Non-Returnable Items

2. Return Process
If your purchase meets the eligibility criteria, please follow these steps to initiate a return:

Email us at wecare@adiyogiherbal.com with your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos if the product arrived damaged or defective. - Return Authorization
Upon confirming the eligibility of your return, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back to us. - Shipping the Return
Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided in the return authorization email. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- If your return does not meet eligibility criteria, we may reject the refund request.
4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process to obtain a refund, then place a new order for the desired item.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with details and photos of the damaged product. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or full refund.
6. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled, and you may follow the return process outlined above.
